Raj Kumar Santoshi’s ‘Ramayan’ is budgeted at Rs 90 crore. Ajay devgan signed for Ram and now to look for Sita. After considering many actresses, Raj Kumar Santoshi finally zeroed in on Kajol. Ajay Devgan as “Maryada Purushuttam Ram” and Kajol as “JanakPutri Sita” is the best pair of this Role. They will Prove Themself from verstility and intensity coz both are intense and verstile actor.

i think ajay & kajol is bst pair for ramayan as ram &sita raj santoshi is one of the best directors in indian cinemas

I too love the old classic Ramanand Ragar did. As for Ajay Devgan and Kajol In rool of Sita and Ram I thing is a very good pick. I think all Indians know how the Ramayan saga so we know what the movie will be about. I think it will be a very good movie to show indias 3D animation and special effects through this movie. Im a 3D animator and i live in New Zealand always thought of Ramayan being done with good 3D special effects because there are lot of sences in Ramayan which will visualy come to life with 3D animation & special effects & make the audiance go WHAAAAA …. Just imagin Hanuman looking something like Ang Lee’s “The Hulk”
