After the launch of his film ‘Kajri’, 25 Century Films’ producer Haider Kazmi has accused the actor that he had already registered the name ‘Kajri’ under the Association of Motion Pictures and TV Programme Producers (AMPTPP) and India Motion Pictures and Producers Association (IMPPA).

According to Kazmi he was shocked when he came to know that Aamir’s film was also titled ‘Kajri’. He wonders how Aamir could be so careless. His film has already been completed and has also been passed by the Censor. Kazmi has registered his complaint with both the associations and his complaint has also been accepted. His film is based on child widows.

Raveena Tandon has housed in 20 orphans at her MHADA bungalow. These kids between the age of 10 and 15 have been living at her bungalow from December last year under the supervision of Sister Martha. Raveena takes due care of the kids and drops in to visit them whenever she has time. Raveena also appeals other people to come forward and help. Surely, the lady is as beautiful inside as outside.

It has come out that shooting for ‘Jhoom Barabar Jhoom‘ was not really a Jhooming experience for Junior Deol as his co-stars, Abhishek Bachchan and Preity Zinta, were so involved in their own private talks and fun that they sidelined Bobby and ingnored him completely. Though Bobby kept his cool and maintained a silent dignity on the sets, he could not hide his sourness completely and recently quoted in an interview,”I don’t remember having any fun on the sets while shooting for ‘Jhoom Barabar Jhoom’.

Well, the rising stars seem to forget their old pal. Abhishek and Bobby are childhood friends and Preity has worked in the early phase of her career with Bobby in ‘Soldier’. We would say this is not done on the part of Preity and Junior Bachchan.

The movie ‘Kindle’ starring Dipannita Sharma and Sushant Singh will kindle at the ‘Bollywood and Beyond’- an Indian film festival being held in Stuttgart (Germany) in July. The ‘Kindle’ is produced by Ashish Balram Nagpal and directed by Nitin Shinghai. It is film which is dark thriller and caters essentially to a festival audience. The aura of the film is such that the audience as well as the director is eagerly waiting for its release. The big eyed beauty, the actress known for her beautiful face and curvy figure in the film industry, Diya Mirza, reveals that she has a very positive announcement to make at the end of this year. Before anyone could put forward the speculation about her marriage, Diya says to the Delhi Times that, “no I am neither getting married nor participating in Big Brother! My news is bigger and better than that.”

But her statements make one wonder that is Dia averse to marriage or what? Dia says “absolutely! I think a relationship is too exhausting and I don’t have that kind of time at present. That is because I am the kind of person who would love to commit 100 percent. So, for now, I am happy being a single.”

She says to Delhi Times that “The three sexiest men in Bollywood are Hrithik Roshan, Kunal Kapoor and Arjun Rampal.” On this note the Delhi Times correspondent asked Dia about her being linked to Kunal Kapoor recently. She said “yeah, I heard that too and it did create some awareness between Kunal and me. But lets face the facts, he is an attractive young man and single. I am attractive and single. And I don’t have any problem in being linked with someone who is attractive. So I would say that the media is playing a good matchmaking game.”

The tall and dusky actress with sexy curves, Shilpa Shetty has a great concern for her wonderful figure. It is said that fitness and figure are the top most things on her agenda. No matter what may happen, the Big Boss girl does not quit exercise and her other fitness sessions. She may be anywhere on earth but would definitely take up her fitness regime. NRI beauty Preeti Desai who won the title of Miss Great Britain crown in 2006 after danielle lloyd was stripped off the title has received several offers to act in Bollywood films.

“I hadn’t thought about acting before, but some movie producers have approached me and I am going to meet them. It would be silly not to take up an opportunity like that,” 25-year-old Desai told reporters when asked about whether she was interested in an acting career Bollywood films.

So Bollywood is gearing up for one more daring NRI beauty who seems full of potentials and enthusiasm.

“I’ve had a fantastic time as Miss Great Britain but now you might end up seeing me in Bollywood,” she said.

After Rakhi Sawant, it is now Celina Jaitley who joins the awareness campaign of PETA to save elephants. PETA India, based in Mumbai, was launched in January 2000. They usually campaign for the animals who suffer in the zoos and circus and by their trainers. Many Bollywood actors have signed PETA and are doing campaigns for them.

Celina Jaitley was chosen by PETA for this new campaign because she has a special corner for elephants and is an avid animal lover. She is also actively involved with an organization that collects funds for these elephants.

Celina also participated in a photo shoot at Mumbai held by PETA for ad with renowned photographer Rakesh Shrestha. With Celina campaigning for them, the jumbos do really stand a chance, right pals!

Suniel Shetty is not only a good actor but also a good human being and a devoted family man. Recently, when his wife Mana’s mother, Vipula Kadri died, Suniel decided to pay tribute to her by carrying on with her social works. He will continue ‘Save The Children India Programme’ which was earlier run by his mother-in-law. Suniel confesses that the lady was like a mother to him and he is much depressed by her death.

Nauheed says that this is her career’s first comedy film and this made her realize that is much more difficult to make anyone laugh than to make him cry. She plays a character named Julie in the movie who is Nisha’s elder sister. But unlike serious elder sisters, her character is bubbly, naughty and fun loving.

The former Miss India, Gauhar Khan is going places these days. Her stars are favoring her to a great extent because of which Gauhar has got a handful of movies. A graduate from Anupam Kher’s school of acting, Gauhar is fully prepared to explore the Bollywood. To the Delhi Times she says “I have always been interested in martial arts; its an excellent skill to acquire.”

Well, Gauhar, the Bollywood film industry does not require Angelina Jolie or Lara Croft…what is needed here is the drama and not action.
