Because of date problems, Vidya Balan has been replaced by Minissha Lamba to play Amrita Singh’s daughter in Puran Masi, one of the 10 story segments of Sanjay Gupta’s ‘Dus Kahaniyan’. Meghna Gulzar is directing ‘Puran Masi’ and the shooting has already started in Chandigarh.

“The sotry is set there and we wanted to shoot on location,” says Gupta. Let it be known that the city had been the choice of filmmakers like Vipul Shah for ‘Namaste London’ and Anil Sharma for ‘Apne’.
