Kajol had worn it green for her wedding with Ajay Devgan. Now, her sister Tanisha Mukherjee gets to fulfil her passion for the zari adorned nauvaree sarees in her forthcoming movie ‘Sarkar Raj’.

Tanisha will adorn the traditional Maharashtrian nine yard sari that her grandmother Shobhna Samarth wore in her yesteryear films for Ram Gopal Verma’s sequel to ‘Sarkar’. Her mother, Tanuja, taught her to drape the sari in the same old fashioned manner like her grandma. Manish Malhotra will be designing her other costumes for the film.
