Sanjay Datt, who was temporarily bailed by the Supreme Court of India in an order issued in August for the actor to remained free till he would get a copy of anti-terror court that sentenced him for the imprisonment of Six Years, was remanded judicially after receiving the 43, 490 page long copy of the judgment from the designated TADA court on 22nd October 2007.

Sanjay Dutt is the most high profile of 100 persons convicted in 1993 Mumbai Bomb Blast in which 257 people died. He was convicted for possessing illegal arm received from main accused in the bomb blast. Before being released on Bail Sanjay Datt earlier Sanjay Dutt spent 3 weeks in Yerwada Jail in Pune and may be sent back to same place again.  However, the future of the movies in which Sanjay Dutt is acting has been hanged once again.
