Kareena Kapoor has signed ‘Golmaal Returns’ opposite Ajay Devgan to be backed by Asthvinayak Productions. We know that Bebo had developed a good rapport with the production house during the making of their ‘Jab we Met’ and has also signed a 3-movie deal with them. So when director Rohit Shetty was in the process of finalizing an actress to play opposite Arshad Warsi, Kareena was quick to request Rohit to sign her good friend Amrita for the role. The producers could not refuse Kareena.
So Amrita is now on board and the two girls are all set to do some ‘Golmaal’.

The Supreme Court on Tuesday granted Sanjay Dutt bail in the 1993 Mumbai serial blasts case. A Bench headed by Chief Justice K G Balakrishnan gave reprieve to Dutt and 17 others convicted in the case on the plea that there was no chance of him fleeing the country and also because he was a first-time offender.
Sanjay Dutt has been lodged behind bars in a Pune jail for over a month since receiving a copy of his judgment from TADA court that had in August sentenced the actor to six years of imprisonment for taking guns from gangsters involved in the Mumbai bombings in which 257 people were killed.
Expressing relief over the court’s order, the actor’s sister and Congress MP Priya Dutt told reporters in Mumbai: “We are happy that he would come here soon. We hope for a better tomorrow and want to thank all who have supported us to overcome the situation.”
Dutt’s next release will be his own production ‘Dus Kahaniyaan’. Bollywood has staked on him Rs. 80 to 100 crores with projects like ‘Kidnap’ directed by Sanjay Gadhvi , ‘Alibaug ‘ directed by Sanjay Gupta, ‘Mr Fraud ‘ directed by Abbas Mastan.
Now filmmakers are waiting to hear from the actor who has to give them time to complete all his incomplete and announced projects.
Kareena Kapoor may have been ecstatic signing the three-film deal with Adlabs, but Aamir Khan does not feel the same way. The news is that Aamir Khan has turned down a three-film offer worth Rs. 60 crores from Adlabs apparently because there was no proper script in place.
Money has not been the priority for the actor who is said to have charged Rs 20 crore for ‘Ghajini’. Previously Adlabs offered him Rs. 50 crores for the three film deal but when they saw that the actor was not too keen they raised the amount to Rs. 60 crore in a hope to draw his interest. However, they did not have any story, or script in hand when they met Aamir. They simply told Aamir that he would have the freedom to choose three directors of his choice and Adlabs would back those projects.
Aamir refused the offer politely telling them that he does not do film just for money and that the script was of paramount importance to him.
This is what happened on the scenic beaches of Maurituis when the units of ‘Kidnap’ starring Minissha Lamba and Imran Khan, ‘Click’ starring Shreya Talpade, Rehan Khan and Senha Ulal and ‘Money Hai To Honey Hai’ starring Govinda and Hansikaa Motwani went to shoot on one location.
The beach was divided into three halves where each of the unit was shooting a dance sequence. Choreographer Bosco had quite a parade choreographing ‘Kidnap’ and ‘Money Hai To Honey Hai’ at the same time. To add to the chaos, the spot boys got jumbled up. Even the actors of the three films were put up in the same hotel.
Looking at it, the incident feels like some sequence from a comedy flick!
Bolloywood’s fair maiden Dia Mirza is all set to shock her fans by turning several shades darker for Sanjay Gupta’s ‘Dus Kahaniyan’. For her role as Sia in the short story ‘Zahir’ opposite Manoj Bajpai, Dia’s skin tone has been made 15 shades darker than her normal peaches and cream complexion.
When Dia was told about the requirement, the lady naturally asked that a duskier actress could be taken for the role, but Sanjay Gupta was adamant on casting Dia for the role as ‘she has the eyes that say it all’.
So, now the actress takes almost three to three-and-a-half hours of grueling make-up sessions, trying to get the right skin tone, instead of a normal 45 minutes makeup session including hair and other stuff.
Akshay Kumar’s Sikh look in Vipul Shah’s forthcoming ‘Singh is Kinng’ has been facing objections from the time the first promotional still of the film was released. It is being said that his clean-shaven face with a trendy turban is a mere mockery of the Sikh culture.
Now, there is another photo from the film’s sets which is doing rounds on the net which is facing objections from the Punjabi community in Australia over the way Akshay is wearing a turban.
However, director Vipul Shah insists that the photo does not depict Akki’s real look in the film. It was taken without permission. Vipul Shah defends saying that Akshay is himself a Punjabi and is working in close coordination with stylist Shabina Khan for his look in the film. Apart from this, a local Sikh is always on the sets to guide Akshay about how to wear a turban.
Vipul Shah is shooting almost half of ‘Singh Is Kinng’ in Australia in his two month long schedule. After this the film will be shot in Punjab, Mumbai and Egypt.

The photo on the cover of annual issue shows Kangana dressed in a body suit that gives the impression of nudity. On top of it, the headline says: ‘Naked Truth Exposed’. Though the image hasn’t kicked any controversy, it has certainly raised many eyebrows.

Her next project which is on the verge of completion is ‘Saab Chai Paani’. The movie directed by Manish Gupta is based on corruption. Talking about it, Sengupta says, “I play Sonu Sood’s wife in the film who is a hardcore Maharashtrian. I didn’t have to speak much of Marathi, just a few words here and there. We also had someone on the sets to help me out“.
Her next film is titled ‘Love Game’ and has Randeep Hooda as her co-star. ‘Love Game’ is an out and out comedy film. The film is about a chef who keeps having relationships and changes girls by the day. But what happens when he actually falls in love is what the films is all about.
Not only this, Sengupta is also working in a serious political thriller titled BBD directed by Anjan Dutt. The title stands for three historical characters namely Binoy, Badal and Dinesh.

To add to that, the latest rumour says that Hrithik Roshan is making his Hollywood debut with none other than Penélope Cruz. The film will be extensively shot in Hollywood.
Penélope’s agent, who had asked for Hrithik’s profile, was bowled over by his international look and recommended him to the Spanish actress.
On the female front, after Ash, it is Rani Mukherjee now who has been offered a role in Hollywood. However, the lady says she wants to do interesting roles and the country she works hardly matters. Rani says that she is not willing to go west just for the sake of acting in a Hollywood movie.
Arshad Warsi plays the second lead in Vivek Agnihotri’s “Dhan Dhana Dhan Goal” but his absence from the film’s promotional campaign built up the rumour that the actor is upset because his co-star John Abraham has got a meatier part.
However, Arshad denies all this and explains, “I was in bed for two weeks. I had terrible allergy attack. My face was completely swollen. It started with a viral fever. But after two days I started getting itchy and swollen. I had kept time aside for the ‘Goal’ promo. Thank god I wasn’t the only actor in the project. That would’ve been disastrous.”
“I knew ‘Goal’ was John’s film, and I knew what I had to do with my character. I was given a fair deal all the way to the promotion and publicity. It’s like ‘Om Shanti Om’. It is Shah Rukh’s film. Arjun Rampal couldn’t be in all the publicity. Likewise ‘Goal’ is John’s film,” adds the humble actor.
Arshad is turning producer with the movie in which he will play the lead. He is also the scriptwriter for the movie which will be directed by Raja Sen. Naseeruddin Shah and Konkona Sen Sharma are the other two actors Arshad wants in his first production.
Madhuri Dixit’s dancing skills have not faded a bit with passing years, as is undoubtedly proved by the promos of her forthcoming flick ‘Aaja Nachle’ releasing on 30th November.

Though David initially wanted Shahid Kapoor as his male lead, eventually, Sidharth the choosy Rang De Basanti Telugu actor has taken over the onus of hero-giri in Dhawan’s film.
Confirming her presence in David Dhawan’s film Amrita says, “It’s not a typical David Dhawan film at all. From what I could make out of the script it’s far removed from the image that he has.”
As for Siddharth, Amrita says she hasn’t met him as yet. “But I’m sure we’ll make an interesting and convincing pair,” says the gal.
