The film to be directed by Suparn Varma stars Fardeen Khan, Irrfan Khan, Manoj Bajpai, Dino Morea, Aftab Shivdasani and Danny Denzongpa. Since, in the film the lives of all major characters revolve around the acid factory, it will be shot in an acid factory itself.
