Till now, Imran Khan has been portraying the chocolate boy image on-screen, but with his forthcoming ‘Delhi Belly’, he is all set to transform into a new avatar dealing with crime, sex comedy and steamy sequences.
The first look of this Aamir Khan Productions is out and The poster shows Vir Das, Imran and Kunal Roy Kapoor with white powder smeared all over their faces and a tagline reading ‘S#!t Happens’. Imran sports a goatee in the film and has a black eye in the poster. Other stars include Poorna Jagannathan and Shenaz Treasurywala
The story of the film revolves around three young men living together in a bachelor’s pad in the country capital, ‘Delhi Belly’.
Yana Gupta seemed to have disappeared from the silver screen post her superhit item number’ Babuji’. However, the girl is back now and with a bang. She made quite a stir with her dancing skills in ‘Jhalak Dikhla Ja’ and will now be seen in two sizzling item numbers, ‘Laila O laila’ and the sensuous number that she has just shot for ‘Murder 2’.
Now, with the girl going places, she goes a step further and poses topless for the May 2011 issue of FHM magazine. The issue also has a candid interview with Yana where she admits that she is not so keen on doing item numbers and also talks about her so-called rumored romance with her choreographer Salman and other aspects of her personality. She has also written a book on nutrition which will be out soon.

Prachi Desai may have come a long way since the homely ‘Bani’ of small screen hit serial ‘Kasam Se’ to the stylish wife of ‘Rock On’ to Emraan Hashmi’s love interest in the superhit ‘Once Upon a Time in Mumbai’. However, the ‘Pee Loon’ girl still has to open up and shed her inhibitions some more to be game for Bollywood Masala movies.
Recently, she refused to indulge into an on-screen kiss with our hunk John Abraham with whom she stars in her next flick. This Shrishti Arya’s movie has Chitrangada Singh apart from John and Prachi and John plays a Casanova role. Prachi explains that she has a no-kiss clause written in her film contracts. So, now instead of a steamy kiss, a hot and sensuous number will be shot between John and Chitrangda who will be seen first time together on-screen.
Prachi, however, goes on to make it clear that she has no qualms about discussing her character and giving in to the demands of the role as per the script demands.

The guest list was a modest number of 40 including Anurag’s daughter, director brother Abhinav (Dabanng), Koechlin’s brother and sister-in-law, as well as Anurag’s close friends, Vikramdtiya Motvane and wife Ishita, Rahul Bhat, Piyush Mishra and Shahnaab Alam.
The traditional vegetarian meal was prepared by Kalki’s mother at home and was served on banana leaves. At present, Kalki is working with Anurag in his forthcoming flick ‘Shaitan’.
Rumors were rife that Salman Khan had been offered a romantic film by Yash Raj Films opposite Katrina Kaif. However, Salman doesn’t seem too keen on doing the film owing to the frugal amount offered to him for the role. Even working with her ex-girlfriend Katrina Kaif too doesn’t seem an incentive too lucrative for him.

Priyanka Chopra has been very busy these days with the shoot of her films ‘Don 2’ and ‘Agneepath’ remake. However, she managed to take out time to head to Ajmer and pray at the holy shrine of Khawaja Moinuddin Hasan Chisty Dargah. Tweeting about the visit an excited Priyanka said, “On my way to visit Ajmer Sharif with my friends. Have so much to be grateful for.”
Priyanka was also spotted this Saturday at the Eden Gardens here to watch the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR)- Kings XI Punjab match. She sat beside KKR co-owner Shah Rukh Khan.
“Oh, I am really enjoying the game. KKR is doing great,” she said.

Bollywood’s megahit of the year 2010 is being remade in both Tamil and Telugu. The female lead in the Telugu version is being played by Sarah-Jane Dias opposite Pawan Kalyan.
For the Tamil version, the male lead is played by Simbu and the makers first approached Sonakshi Sinha for the female lead. The role being refused by her, the makers looked up to Katrina Kaif and Kajal Agarwal as the choice. Then, Simbu recommended Sonam for the role and the makers approached her, but apparently, Sonam’s father Anil Kapoor advised her not to look to the South or Hollywood but concentrate on Bollywood at the moment. So she’s turned down the offer.
“Yes, I’m not doing the film. There are so many films that I’ve rejected that went on to do amazingly well at the box-office. The Tamil Dabangg could be one of them. And it wasn’t because of dad that I nixed the offer but because I just don’t have the dates.”
“This was a big project and I didn’t want to make a commitment and then be hard-pressed for time,” she reasons. “After the recent health scare, I want to space my work out, do things ‘aaraam se’ (at a relaxed pace). I don’t have to be a part of the rat race and do a 100-metre dash everyday!” she further added.
Finally, the commencement of the mega budgeted Rajnikanth starrer ‘Rana’ has been announced by Eros International Media Ltd (Eros International). Directed by K.S. Ravikumar, the movie has Rajinikanth playing triple role and will be released in Tamil, Hindi and Telugu. Along with Rajini, the film stars Deepika Padukone, Ileana D’Cruz and Sonu Sood.
Speaking on the project, director K.S Ravikumar said, “Rana has a strong story, a very interesting ensemble cast of actors coupled with super star Rajinikanth in a triple role and promises to have some stunning visual effects that will surely take Indian cinema to the next level.”
Sunil Lulla, Managing Director, Eros International Media Ltd added, “It is indeed a proud moment for us and we are very excited to be a part of this ambitious project with Rajinikanth, one of the most popular actors of all times. We are expecting this to be a landmark film for all those associated with this project.”

‘Slum dog Millionaire’ star Freida Pinto is carving out her niche in Hollywood. Her forthcoming international flick is the epic movie ‘Immortals’ which is based on Greek mythology. The film comes from the makers of action-thriller 300 in the direction of Tarsem Singh and stars Superman Henry Cavill and Mickey Rourke.
The story of the film is about King Hyperion (Mickey Rourke) who has declared war against humanity and has spread havoc in Greece in search of the legendary Epirus Bow, a weapon of unimaginable power forged in the heavens by Ares. Since the Gods, by ancient law, must not intervene in man’s conflict, they are helpless. Here comes the peasant named Theseus (Henry Cavill) who has secretly been chosen by Zeus to save his people from Hyperion and his hordes. With the help of his followers, the visionary priestess Phaedra (Freida Pinto) and cunning slave Stavros (Stephen Dorff), Theseus sets forth for this Herculean task.
Freida plays Phaedra, an oracle priestess who can see the future, but only if she remains a virgin. She helps Theseus with her gift but cannot enjoy her woman hood to the fullest.
