Post her much publicized delivery of her baby girl, Aishwarya Rai’s fans are eagerly awaiting her comeback in films. Though ll the film makers want to cast her in their projects, it is Sanjay Leela Bhansali who has managed to finalize the deal with her for the lead role in his long pending project Bajirao Mastani. Bhansali reportedly had a meeting with Aishwarya at Jalsa and reportedly Ash seemed interested in the project.
However, since Aishwarya Rai gave birth to a daughter in November and motherhood would be her first calling for a few months, the film will probably go on floors only in the second half of 2012.
Bhansali plans to cast SRK opposite Aishwarya in this project and if everything goes as planned, this would be Aishwarya’s fourth film with Shah rukh after Josh, Devdaas and Mohabbatein.
Karisma Kapoor is gearing up her professional life. Not only has she revived her filmi career with ‘Dangerous Ishq’, she has also become the single largest individual shareholder in a niche e-commerce site for new parents called Babyoye.com.
“I want to share this with every young mother. I really believe in Babyoye’s vision of giving babies the right start in life,” said Karisma Kapoor, on the website.

Bollywood had been missing the Haryanvi sex kitten Mallika Sherawat who of late was spotted more at Hollywood parties than Bollywood ones. Now, Mallika is back to our tinsel town with her new flick Kismat Love Paisa Dilli (KLPD), to be directed by Sanjay Khanduri.
Mallika will be playing a feisty and outspoken bindaas Haryanvi girl in the flick which will be set in Delhi and its suburbs in Haryana. The movie revolves around the story of a Haryanvi girl meeting a Delhi boy and the story unravels over the course of just one night. Vivek Oberoi has been cast opposite Mallika as the male lead.
The film’s producer Amit Chandrra thinks Mallika Sherawat is the perfect choice for the movie because of her Haryanvi background. “Mallika is the perfect choice because she comes from the Haryanvi-Punjabi milieu. So, she can easily carry off the typical attitude and the body language of a North Indian girl, besides the natural grasp over the lingo,” says producer Amit Chandrra of Invincible Entertainment.
KLPD goes on floors later this month and will be shot extensively in Delhi around January-February. “We are going to shoot the film in a start-to-finish schedule,” says Chandrra.
Bollywood grieves at the loss of Dev Anand who suffered a massive cardiac arrest in London. Dev anand was in London with son Sunil Anand for a medical check up as he was not keeping well for the last few days.
Dev Anand made his debut as an actor in 1946 in Hum Ek Hain. He made countless contributions to Indian Cinema with hits like Paying Guest, Baazi, Jewel Thief, CID, Johny Mera Naam, Amir Garib, Warrant, Hare Rama Hare Krishna and Des Pardes. He was honoured with the Padma Bhushan in 2001 and the Dadasaheb Phalke Award in 2002.
He established his film production company Navketan International Films in 1949 and produced more than 35 movies. Devsaab was working on his new project Song Of Life, in which he was to play the central character, when he died. His rites will be conducted in London.

Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao have been blessed with a baby boy on December1st this year. The baby was born through IVF technology to a surrogate mother whose identity remains guarded. Apparently, Kiran had suffered miscarriage in her first pregnancy.
The couple released the news through a press statement which read, “It gives us the greatest joy to share with you the good news of the birth of our baby boy. This baby is especially dear to us because he was born to us after a long wait and some difficulty. Due to medical complications, we were advised to have a baby through IVF – surrogacy, and we feel very grateful to the Almighty that all has gone well,” Aamir and Kiran said in the statement.
The couple added: “We are humbled by the greatness of God, the miracles of science, and the kindness and love of our families and friends in being there for us while respecting our privacy. We seek your good wishes and blessings for our child.”
Aamir Khan already has a son and a daughter from his previous marriage with Reena Dutta.

The song ‘Kolaveri Di’ by South superstar Rajnikanth’s son-in-law Dhanush has become a huge rage among the youngsters and now, reports have it that the superstar himself will be doing a cameo for the song that is supposed to feature in the film ‘(3)’ which is being directed by Rajnikanth’s elder daughter Aishwarya Dhanush. The movie stars Dhanush and Shruti Hassan in the lead roles.
Apparently, Aishwarya and Dhanush requested Rajnikanth to do a special appearance in the film. When Rajni first heard the song he burst out laughing. Then he gladly accepted to be a part of ‘Kolaveri Di’. Dhanush has confirmed the rumors saying, “We’d only love it if he’s part of everything we do.”
The movie ‘3’ is already getting accolades and will hit the theatres in January.

When FHM magazine’s December issue hit the stands, it left everyone shocked as it features the Pakistani actress Veena Malik posing nude on the cover with just a fake ISI tattoo on her arms.
However, Veena denies posing for the photo shoot. You have seen me very closely… Do I look like the girl in those pictures? I have a very beautiful body if I decide to strip off and I’m not going to deny it,” she says.
“I have never posed nude for anything. I will be suing the magazine for this,” she added.
Her publicist claims that it’s true Veena has often done bold shoots for international magazines but she knows her limits. And she would never cross it. The actress was also rumoured to be in a porn film. “But no one showed it to me,” she laughs.

Mahesh Bhatt had already revealed his intentions for reviving his shelved project ‘Blue Film’ with porn star Sunny Leone and finally he gets to meet Leone in the Big Boss house to finalize the casting procedure. When Mahesh met Leone, the two clicked instantly and later when he offered her the role, she accepted it.
Sunny did not recognize Bhatt initially. Revealing about their meeting, Mahesh Bhatt said, “I have gotten a glimpse of her uninhibited self and I am very impressed by what I have seen.”
“When I first met Sunny, I did not see any flicker of recognition in her eyes and I was glad about that because it allowed me to see different shades of her character and personality…” he added.
Because of the cameras Mahesh did not discuss the project at length in the Big Boos house and Pooja Bhatt’s production house, Fish Eye Network, will now discuss the offer and its legalities with Sunny Leone’s agent to finalize the clauses.
A charge for assault has been lodged against Salman Khan, his bodyguard Shera and five more security personnel for an incident which took place on August 24 when Salman Khan arrived in Kanpur to promote his movie Bodyguard. The allegation states that when a young activist named Omendra Bharat tried to approach Salman Khan to offer him an Anna Hazare topi, he was forbidden and even beaten up by Salman’s bodyguards.
On Tuesday, the FIR (First Information Report) has been registered under various sections of Indian Penal Code, including 147 (rioting), 323 (voluntarily causing hurt) and 504 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of peace) at Kakadev Police Station against Salman Khan, his bodyguard and five other people for assaulting Omendra.
“The FIR (First Information Report) has been lodged on directions of a local court. According to the complainant Bharat, an ex IITian, he was roughed up by Khan’s bodyguard Shera and other security personnel after he approached the Bollywood actor to present him a cap,” police inspector Bhupendra Singh Rathi revealed.
One time top actress Sridevi is making her comeback with ‘English Vinglish’ which is being directed by R.Balki’s wife Gauri Shinde. Amitabh Bachchan recently shot a cameo with Sridevi for the film in Pune and going by his tweets, he is all praises for Sridevi.

Nevertheless, Senior Bachchan wrapped up his shoot in a day to be back with the juniormost Bachchan. He wrote, “Back in Mumbai after shoot and now to be with ‘ bitiya’ .. Mumbai is Mumbai after all … !!”
