Bipasha Basu has spent a large chunk of her life living alone away from her family, but now the actress finally gets to live with her family around her. Bips recently gifted a spacious 3BHK flat in Bandra to her parents. Her residence is just a few minutes away from this flat. Her elder sister Bidisha too stays closeby with her family.
An all elated Bipasha says, “Two weeks ago, we did the Satyanarayan and Grihapravesh pujas, after which they shifted into the new flat. The interiors have been designed by Ehsan Qureshi and Rajeev Acharya, who have also done up my home. My parents now live just five minutes away from Bidisha and me,” adding, “I’ve lived alone since I was 16! In 2005, I surprised my mother with a fully furnished house. My parents shifted to Mumbai from Kolkata as as my younger sister Bijoyeta wanted to study here.”
“I am very happy! Though dad’s base is still in Kolkata and he keeps flying in and out of Mumbai, now my entire family lives very close to me,” she says expressing her happiness.
Model turned actress Shillpi Sharma from Dholpur near Agra made her debut in Bollywood with director N. Chandra’s ‘Style’. Then she was cast in ‘Jo Bole So Nihaal’ and also went for a small role in ‘Right Yaa Wrong’, but she still has to make her presence felt in this tinsel town and she hopes to make it big this time as she has been signed for Madhur Bhandarkar’s ambitious project, ‘Heroine’.
The actress has shot a couple of scenes for the film. “Madhur, a family friend, approached me for the role. He was looking out for someone glamorous and was of the opinion that I was perfect. I cannot reveal much as I’m bound by a contract but I have a pivotal role in the film,” she said.
Shillpi had to hit the gym to get fit for the character and said, “Madhur wanted me to lose weight and look fit. So I have been training accordingly.”
Shillpi has also done many TV commercials for brands like HSBC, McDonalds, Park Avenue, Pears, etc. She also did a music video with Harry Anand, directed by Rahul Sud.
Seems like Vidya Balan is getting just too desperate to be in the run for the sexiest actress of the year. She has already done quite a few topless and backless photo shoots for 2010 issue of FHM and Dabboo Ratnani’s calendar and she does it once again for March issue of FHM this year. Director Ram Gopal Varma is known for his obsession with his female discoveries, be it Urmila Matondkar or Antara Mali. The latest female hottie to have made her way into the filmmaker’s heart is none other than the Indo-Brazilian beauty is Nathalia Pinheiro aka Nathalia Kaur. Nathalia is all set to make her grand debut as the lead female in ‘Department’ opposite Rana Daggubati.
Earlier, it was rumoured that Nathalia will be doing an item number titled ‘Dan Dana Dan’ for the movie which would be choreographed by Ganesh Achraya. However, RGV made it clear that Nathalia is playing the lead in the movie.

Besides, it has generated a lot of curiosity in the interiors and small towns too. Vikram has written the script. And even while discussing the poster, he came up with this idea.”
The movie is an erotic thriller story of a girl, her love and the Revenge she takes for being betrayed. It has been made under the banner of BVG Films, music has been given by Harshit Saxena and cinematography has been done by Attar Singh Saini.

The war of words on Twitter is getting dirtier with each passing day. Small time actresses like Poonam Pandey and Sherlyn Chopra are using or rather misusing the social networking sties for cheap publicity by posting their bold pics and even bolder comments.
A few days back, Poonam Pandey had posted a racy picture of hers’ and captioned it as “Attitude is like your underwear; you must wear it, but never show it.(sic)”
To this, author Taslima Nasreen reacted rather severely and condemned her tweeting, “Poonam Pandey got naked but not satisfied.She wanna do dirtiest things none did before. Wants to get f****d in public!(sic)”
Surprisingly, Poonam restrained herself from reacting to this comment and Taslima went on to clarify herself stating, “My protest agnst d objectification is 4 women`s dignity,not 4 publicity. My criticism ws agnst d video u endorsed.(sic).”
The author also posted a video of Poonam’s interview, where the model claims that if given an opportunity, she would want to get dirtier than what Vidya Balan did in ‘The Dirty Picture’.
Now, the actress has finally spoken up and her recent tweets are an answer to Taslima’s charges. Poonam tweeted, “Most people hide their sexual demons; we harness ours up & take them out for a ride(sic).”

British model Amy Jackson made her debut in Gautham Menon’s directorial venture titled “Ekk Deewana Tha” opposite Prateik Babbar. The movie deals with the story of a struggling boy stuck between his dream of becoming an assistant director and wooing the girl he loves. Though Amy is still waiting for some more Bollywood projects to come her way, she has a Telugu project in hand and will start its shooting soon.
“I start my next movie in March and I am choc-a-bloc until the end of the year now with movies. My next is a Telugu movie opposite Ramcharan and it’s called ‘Yevadu’. Then I have a Tamil film immediately after and then hopefully, some Bollywood film by the end of the year,” says Amy.
Amy has fell in love with India and calls it her new home. “I love India, it’s my new home. I had a chance to travel quite a bit with the movie. We travelled to Madurai, Trivandrum (Thiruvananthapuram), Agra, Delhi and Goa. That was fantastic,” she said.
Amy has also impressed everyone around her including her co-star Prateik who says, “I share a great bonding with Amy. She is very understanding and it was fun time shooting with her for the film.”
