It has been quite some time since Zarine Khan stepped into Bollywood but the actress is yet to her mark here. Now, it seems that Hollywood is interested in the beauty as she has reportedly been approached to be a part of author-turned-director Daniel Silva’s ‘Chimera’. The movie is said to be based on Silva’s bestselling novel ‘The Fallen Angel’. Though Zarine is yet to give her final nod, she has confirmed about the offer.
At the launch of the popular cosmetic brand Lotus Herbals’ new range of natural makeup ‘Pure Stay’ on Tuesday, Zarine said, ‘I have been offered the film but I am thinking about it. It is a thriller called ‘Chimera’ opposite Billy Zane. I have read the script but I am still thinking about it. ‘
Zarine was last seen in Sajid’s multi starrer comedy ‘Housefull 2’ and says that she would rather do a few quality films than do a number of them. ‘I really don’t want to be in the race of newcomers, who are just running after the projects. It’s not that I haven’t been offered films. I have been offered a lot of films after ‘Housefull 2′, but I want to take my time and do quality work rather than quantity. Though would take time but I would like to follow it, ‘ she said.
The much hyped ‘Jism 2’ failed to make a mark at the box-office and the film’s failure is being attributed to Sunny’s not-so-good acting apart from an average script. Not the one to repeat her mistakes, the pronstar-turned-actress has decided to work on her weak points to give an improved performance in her next venture’ Ragini MMS 2’.
Sunny Leone has hired not one or two, but three tutors to teach her. She is learning Bollywood dance from dancer Shabina Khan and has two other tutors to brush up her Hindi speaking skills.
Apart from this, Leone made it a point to watch Ekta Kapoor’s original ‘Ragini MMS’ and admitted that she got really scared by it.
Sunny’s tweets confirm these reports. On Monday, she tweeted, “It’s Monday and another week begins. This week I’m adding in Hindi lessons and watching a Hindi/Bollywood movies on top of my dance classes.”
Sunny also declared that she currently has only one Bollywood project in hand and that is the sequel to Ragini MMS. She tweeted: “Any reports of me signing a film is not true!!!! you will always hear it from me first!!”

The gossip columns have been abuzz these days with the growing closeness of our desi hottie Mallika Sherawat and Hollywood star Antonio Banderas. It all started during the Cannes Film Festival when Mallika and Antonio spent a lot of time together partying, clubbing, and getting cozy at coffee shops. Mallika even posted a pic of hers on her Twitter account with the Spanish hunk at the billionaire Paul Allen’s yacht party, held during Cannes Film Festival.
Their growing closeness apparently led to cracks in the 15 year long marriage of Antonio and wife Melanie Griffith. Melanie got furious with all these rumours. She stayed back in LA during Cannes and did not attend the festival.
However, Mallika’s close friends confirm that the two have developed a liking for each other but they are nothing more than close friends. Her stylist friend Ivan Bitton was quoted saying, “Antonio was very attracted to Mallika and you could see that from the video. He grabbed her from behind, and he was really into the dance. I could hear him telling her how beautiful she was…”
Meanwhile, Mallika Sherawat reacted to all this with a note of surprise. She recently tweeted a photo of the report from a newspaper, and wrote “Really?!”
We predict that there is still more to come because the actress has kept in touch with Antonio since and is even planning a short holiday with him in Paris for which she leaves on August 7.

Reports have it that Ash has been approached for a Hollywood thriller which will also star Billy Zane of Titanic and The Scorpion King 3 fame. Made under the direction of Daniel Silva, the movie will also star TV actress Sarah Khan (Bidaai fame) and singer Lucky Ali. The shooting of the film will soon begin in Los Angeles.
Sarah Khan, who plys Billy Zane’s wife in the movie, confirmed the news and said, “I have signed the film. I have been told the makers have approached Ash…”
After her successful debut with Danny Boyle’s Oscar-winning ‘Slumdog Millionaire’, Freida Pinto has worked in quite a few Hollywood projects, taking enough precautions to ensure that she is not typecast. After starring in You Will Meet a Tall Dark Stranger, Rise of the Planet of the Apes and Immortals, Freida will next be seen romancing Oscar-winner Christian Bale in Hollywood director Terrence Malick’s next project Knight of Cups.
Based on the theme of love and truth, the film has already gone on floors in Santa Monica. The movie also stars Natalie Portman and Cate Blanchett and is set to hit the big screen internationally in 2013.

That Pooja Bhatt’s forthcoming ‘Jism 2’ will surpass all its previous contenders in its hotness quotient is no more a point to doubt, but it did not go down well with Pooja Bhatt when the censor board gave an A-certificate to the song which was to be aired on television for the promos of the film.
Pooja tweeted, “First music promo for #Jism2 has been given an ‘A’ certificate. And this was what one could call a truly watered down version.” Pooja pointed out sarcastically at the growing boldness on the television and said, “One sees all sorts of double entendre, etc dished out to us under the guise of ‘family entertainers’ while any iota of sensuality aimed at the thinking, passionate, adult Indian seems to make most uncomfortable.”
Pooja has decided not to tone down her trailer song and will release it on the internet instead. She said, “Absolutely REFUSE to pare my scheduled trailer down to pander to an over cautious Censor board. Will release promo on the internet instead. Since we’re going the internet way, you’ll see an uncensored version!”
After facing in much criticism for her post motherhood extra kilos and her not so happening dressing sense, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is back and how!! The actress charmed everyone with her elegance and grace at Cannes 2012 and once again, she made the jaws drop with her style and beauty at the opening of the Bulgari Hotel and Residences in London on June 12.
She was invited as a special guest to celebrate the opening of the Bulgari Hotel and Residences in the city. The event also had Dev Patel and Italian actress and filmmaker Isabella Rossellini as the honoured guests. Ash bonded well with Isabella and even invited her to her place.
Aishwarya looked stunningly beautiful at the event. Keeping in mind the fact that she is not exactly in perfect shape now, the actress opted once again for a traditional Sabyasachi Mukherjee creation.
The attire made of net and tulle was in black and white which complimented Ash’s colour. The long black stole in net taken on one side had intricate golden thread work. It was very apparent that the actress has shed some extra kils and with her hair let open, her double chin was less visible.
Sometime back at the Longines event in Dubai, designer Sabysachi Mukherjee had said, “Aishwarya has the most beautiful face. If I were to dress her up again, I would make sure that her clothes are simple.”

Freida looks sensuous in a short raven-haired wig, flaunting wardrobe from designer labels like Bottega Veneta and Versace. The magazine has an exclusive interview by Freida where she gets candid about her career and her experience in Bollywood. She also explains the reason for her absence in Bollywood.
She said, “When I was promoting this big-budget film, some Indian media reported that I was being a diva on set, and that’s the reason I did not want to come to India to promote the film. I’m like, ‘What? I’m in f***ing America. That’s why I can’t promote the film in India. It’s not easy to be in two places at once.’ It’s not true.”
The magazine, too, seems impressed by the girl and she has been introduced by the mag as: “Freida Pinto is Museum Quality Beautiful”.
When it comes to style and fashion, Bollywood’s fashion diva, Sonam Kapoor never fails to impress and so it was this year at Cannes Film Festival when Sonam made an appearance at the Chopard and L’Oreal party attired in a black and white polka dotted one shoulder Naeem Khan gown which was showcased at the Fall 2012 collection by the designer.
The gown had a bow on the right side and Sonam teamed it with ruby Chopard earrings and ruby coloured velvet clutch. Sonam Kapoor is going to walk the Cannes Film Festival 2012 Red Carpet on May 27th.
Sonam also posed for the shutterbugs outside Hotel Martinez in Cannes wearing a full-sleeved white dress which she teamed up with dangling earrings, a stylish thin belt and a plain classy purse.

Gossip columns had come out with the news that Aishwarya would go all traditional with saris and anarkali suits at Cannes this year. But the actress came up with a rather pleasant surprise as she made her first appearance at Cannes in an elegant Angelo Katsapis maxidress teamed with a thin black long-sleeved cardigan with her hair left down. Her second appearance at the festival was in the promised Abu Jani-Sandeep Khosla sari. She was covered upto every inch as she attended the star-studded amfAR Cinema Against AIDS Gala in a cream chikankari sari and an elaborately embroidered jacket in place of a choli.

Next, when she made a second appearance at the Cannes premiere of Madagascar 3, she went for a complete bold and sexy transformation with a backless nude coloured gown. The dress designed by Paris based designer Ali Madhavi was held together by a thin waist belt. Mallika went for a winged out eyeliner, bouffant hairdo and a pair of classic diamond earrings to complete her look.
