Kitchen has always been a special place for girls and cine stars are no exception, for it is learnt that fitness freak Kareena Kapoor along with long-time friend Amrita Arora, have taken up the responsibility of feeding low-cal healthy food to their co-stars on the sets of ‘Golmaal Returns’.
Co-stars Tusshar Kapoor admits that Kareena was cooking for her friends. “Very few are aware that Kareena is a great cook. She hit the kitchen when we were in Goa and made awesome South Indian food for us. Her specialty is Paneer Tikka. She put me, Ajay Devgan, Amrita Arora and Arshad Warsi on this diet.”
Good friend Amrita Arora also swears by Kareena’s culinary skills. “I was pleasantly surprised when she made South Indian food for us in Goa. She has been cooking on and off even now.”
So, now that we know about Kareena’s cooking skills, the secret is revealed how Kareena made her way to Saif’s heart!
It all happened on the sets of a television reality show where Ranbir Kapoor, Bipasha Basu and Deepika Padukone appeared for the promotion of their upcoming ‘Bachna Ae Haseeno’.
Incidentally, Deepika was to make an entry with Ranbir, but Bips did not like the idea at all and insisted that she should make an entry with the Kapoor kid. So, the promoters decided to focus on Bipasha on the TV show and arranged an entry of Ranbir and Bipasha together. Deepika, sadly, was sidelined.
Jealous as all women are, Deepika did not take it down in good spirit and kept sulking through the entire show, so much so, that she even snapped at a contestant leaving him hurt.

If reports are to believed, then, following the footsteps of Saif Ali Khan, Deepika Padukone has reportedly got her boyfriend, Ranbir Kapoor’s name tattooed on the nape of her neck. Well, unlike Saif going for ‘Kareena’ in Devanagri script, Deepika has done it with just the initials RK. Naturally because of where it is placed, the actress cannot actually flaunt it, but by now, all know about it.
Deepika and Ranbir have always been open about their relationship. So, this one does not come as a surprise but as a spice in their love story. The couple will be seen next in ‘Bachnna Ae Haseeno’ where Ranbir will be seen romancing Bipasha Basu and Minissha Lamba beside Deepika.
While other Bollywood stars go ‘No!No’ and then ‘Yes!Yes’, about their affairs, this couple was absolutely cool and never really commented on their affair. Yet we knew for sure that they are going through a steady relationship. Now, they put an end to all the speculations with their quiet and private engagement. Yes, talking about Konkona Sen Sharma and Ranvir Shorey, they have for sure exchanged rings in a private affair. This was supposedly, Konkona’s sister’s idea who was visiting from the US and she insisted on the two getting formally engaged. The ceremony took place at Konkona’s new apartment in Goregaon, Mumbai, in the presence of doting mom, Aparna Sen.
The news soon spread and the moment Konkona stepped on the sets of “Luck by Chance” at Mehboob Studio, her colleagues started congratulating her for her engagement with Ranvir.

Their much awaited and much hyped film ‘Tashan’ crashed at the box office despite Kareena flaunting her zero size figure in the film. But this has in no way disheartened Saifeena (Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor) from venturing into projects together.
They are already working in Sriram Raghavan’s ‘Agent Vinod’ and untitled film for Rensil D’Silva. The latest addition to this list is the film they have signed for the production house Shree Ashtavinayak Cinevision Ltd. Incidentally, this film is a part of the three-film deal, which Kareena had signed with Shree Ashtavinayak Cinevision Ltd.
The spokesperson for Ashtavinayak confirmed the news saying, “Yes, Saif and Kareena have been signed for a film to be made under the Ashtavinayak banner. It is an action film but the director is yet to be finalized. The film will go on floors sometime next year (2009).”

This Friday was a big day for Yashraj Films as their much awaited (over-hyped) project ‘Tashan’ hit the screens receiving mixed reviews. And more so, it was this film that brought them close together and made all the difference in their lives.
Well, just before the release of their film, the couple decided to take a break and go holidaying in Maldives. Not to mention the crew and all the staff members were thrilled to have the star-couple in the business class of their flight. Says a friend close to Kareena, “Bebo had been shooting non-stop with Main Aur Mrs Khanna and been busy with her cover and endorsement shoots for the last couple of months while Saif had been busy with Race so when they got a few days off last week she and Saif decided to go off to the Maldives and spend a few restful days there away from the media glare”.

Bangkok suddenly seems to be have become the second home for Bollywood these days. Saying so, coz recall all the Bollywood stars and half of them are in Bangkok either for work or fun (read pleasure). Neera Vora’s ‘Shortcut’ has let 4 A-stars (Kapoor, Akshaye Khanna, Arshad Warsi and Amrita Rao) have work and play in this fun city. Also stationed in Bangkok is another A-star, Akshay Kumar, who is shooting for Nikhil Advani’s ‘Chandni Chowk To China’ with pretty and nubile co-star Deepika Padukone.
Talking about Deepika, Ranbir Kapoor could just not be left out. So, instead of leaving his prized possession in the hands of ill famous Bollywood playboy, Akshay Kumar, (Don’t’ mind Twinkle!), the Kapoor prince decided to fly off to Bangkok to guard his lady love. Ranbir got an assignment to do a photoshoot for Filmfare magazine in Bangkok and, knowing that Deepika was already there, the actor lapped it up excitedly.
On Friday, he left for Bangkok for the photoshoot. Now, the love birds are surely painting the city of Bangkok red.
Deepika Padukone was quite impressed with him and if one believes was not pampering when she met Rishi Kapoor- nor as fan but his son Ranbir’s girlfriend. She went long in comparing his father of at young age (Badminton Champion Prakash Padukone) with Rishi, she said, “ It’s amazing. But in his younger days, my dad (badminton champ Prakash Padukone) was often told he resembled Rishi Uncle. I grew up as one of his fans, saw Karz and Kabhi Kabhie a number of times. When Ranbir took me to meet his parents, I was reliving my childhood images of the most compatible couple I’ve ever seen on screen.”
She praised quite a lot of Ranbir’s parents she hailed Rishi Uncle warm and Neetu aunty poised and articulated .She has plans to work together with Rishi in many forthcoming movies and is quite eager to learn from him. She is also seemed impressed by the upbringing of Riddhima and Ranbir Kapoor, however, about her relationship with Ranbir she said that they both were focusing towards their career and yet not in mood to think of marriage anyway.
She refuted any tense nerve between her and cricketer Yuvraaj Singh’s mother”I really don’t think she said anything against me. If she had a grudge, she would have called me. I always say no outside source can know what kind of relationship two people share.”
After much guessing, refusing, smiling and shying, the truth has finally slipped out of the Kapoor prince and promising debutant Ranbir, who admitted in an interview that he has been dating an equally ravishing and promising Deepika Padukone for past couple of weeks.
These new kids in the tinsel town have constantly been in news for their love-life. Ranbir has been linked to Sonam Kapoor and Deepika Padukone has been linked to Yuvraj apart from their linkups with each-other. Now, Ranbir has declared that both of them had serious liking for each other and fell in love on the sets of Siddharth Anand’s ‘Bachna Ae Haseenon’ in Australia and thereafter shooting for the Pepsi ad together.
So this confirms the rumours that, Ranbir was overheard telling Deepika, “I love you” while the two were backstage during the 53rd Annual Filmfare Awards ceremony and Deepika had whispered shyly “I love you too”.
Also that evening, at an after awards party by Farah Aqeel Khan, Kapoor and Padukone were together the whole night holding hands and canoodling.
As for now, the couple has no plans to get married and are not even on a spree to sign movies together. Career is what has taken the top priority for both the actors.
She made her debut with none other than the superstar of the millennium Amitabh Bachchan in ‘Nishabd’. Quite promising though she seemed, Jiah Khan quietly went quiet for sometime but she is yet again in the news, this time, for being on the cover of the popular UK glossy magazine ‘Xeher’, who had carried out an exclusive shoot in Mumbai for their current Winter-Spring edition with the Jiah. Meanwhile the girl is all geared up for her forthcoming film ‘Ghajini’, opposite Aamir Khan.
Jiah stated that this was one of the most beautiful shoots she had ever done. The idea of the shoot was to show that Jiah is not at all a rebel, as she is made out to be!
Amrita Arora and Kareena Kapoor have been long time friends. So when Saif tattooed Kareena’s name on his arm, Amrita was thrilled. On seeing Amrita’s excitement, her long time boyfriend Usman Afzal decided to do the same kind of gesture for her.
So Usman got Amrita’s name tattooed on his arm this Valentine’s Day. The tattoo was done by tattoo artist Vishwas and it took nearly three hours to complete. Usman is currently in London and Amrita has not yet seen his tattoo. She has been informed about this by their common friend Aalim. On hearing that her boyfriend got her name on his arm, Amrita is overwhelmed with joy and is eagerly waiting for the moment when Usman will fly down to India and show it to her.

Being a proud owner of a perfect figure, Priyanka Chopra definitely did not like those extra pounds on her boyfriend Harman Baweja. So, during the shoot of ‘Victory’ in Jaisalmer where Harman was instructed to keep himself away from butter chicken, reshmi kababs, tikkas and all that by Priyanka Chopra.
Baweja Jr. was put on a strict diet of salads and bland food during the shoot which bored him. Poor Harman cribbed about salads being bland but, Priyanka and Harman both resisted the tempting Malaysian cuisine.
However, the couple treated themselves with all the Australian delicacies when they when they went partying in Sydney, on New Year’s Eve.
The debutants made a cute on-screen couple in ‘Saawariya’. Now the star kids Sonam Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor are heading towards an off-screen romance too.
Insiders reveal that Sonam and Ranbir are seeing each other. Recently Ranbir and Sonam were spotted at a five star hotel walking in together, holding hands. A source claims “Ranbir and Sonam were absolutely not conscious of the fact that they were holding hands. They were completely at ease. It was obvious that they are in love.”
The duos families’ friendship dates back to a long time. However, the love-birds built a rapport during the shooting of SLB’s ‘Saawariya’. Now-a-days Sonam makes frequent visits to Kapoor House and has grown quite comfortable with mom Neetu who admits that the kids go out together often.
Kareena Kapoor, owing to her sour relations with Bipasha Basu having roots in the shootings of ‘Ajanabee’, was candid enough in calling Bollywood’s macho and Bipasha’s boyfriend, John Abraham, ‘expressionless’. Her then boyfriend, Shahid Kapoor backed her statement and both on the sets of ‘Koffee with Karan’ declared that Kareena would never like to work with John.
But, now the things have taken a turn and it seems that the dashing hunk no longer seems ‘expressionless’ to Kareena Kapoor coz now, Bebo is facing a prospect of doing a film with John and in a dramatic turnaround, she has told a Mumbai tabloid that she has no problem working with John.
To be known that Kareena has signed a three-film deal with a truly lucrative amount with the production house Shri Ashtavinayak and they are inclined on taking John as the hero of their film. Meanwhile, John had already made it clear that he has never had any problem with Kareena.

Guess what happened on the sets of Nagesh Kukunoor’s ‘Aashayein’ at D.N. Nagar, Andheri. Sparks hit off when Mahendra Singh Dhoni dropped in on the sets to see John Abraham shooting and the atmosphere became really lively after Dhoni arrived. John and Dhoni discussed everything from films to crickets to bikes on the set. He even stayed back and watched John do some intense scenes.
John is a great fan of cricket and Dhoni of course. John has expressed earlier stating, “Dhoni is my favourite cricketer”. The two hunks, both icons for the youngsters in their respective fields, share the same hairstyle currently and also have the same hairstylist.
With Dhoni being linked up with Deepika Padukone and his dropping on the sets of ‘Aashayein’, do we sniff Dhoni being interested in trying his luck in Bollywood.
Just a few weeks into the relationship, a hush-hush public acceptance of being in love, and the Saif-Kareena couple has already had it’s first spat.
It all happened at a nightclub in Mumbai in the party thrown by filmmaker Farhan Akhtar. Saif Ali Khan came in with his lady love in tow. Soon the duo had a heated argument with Saif saying ‘Shut Up!’ to Kareena. Kareena burst into tears feeling upset that Saif was treating her like this although she had dumped Shahid for him.
