Rani Mukherjee and Aditya Chopra have been in news for their alleged romantic linkup for quite sometime now. However, the couple always preferred to keep their relationship wrapped and shied away from being clicked together.
Well, with 2012 stepping in, there have been changes in the scheme of things, or so it seems.Rani Mukherjee had her new year celebrations while on a holiday in the US/London, with the Chopra family which included Aditya, his parents Yash and Pamela Chopra as well as brother Uday.
She was spotted at Mumbai airport with Aditya Chopra and his folks after celebrating the New Year abroad and this time, the two did not shy away from the camera. So, do we hear the wedding bells ringing soon?
Showing respect and tribute to late father Mansoor Ali Khan forward, Saif Ali Khan attended the finals of the Bhopal Pataudi Polo Tournament held at Jaipur Polo Ground in Delhi over the weekend. He had company from his beau Kareena Kapoor, mom Sharmila Tagore and sisters Soha Ali Khan and Saba Ali Khan. The tournament was held as a memorial for Nawab Pataudi, who loved the game and did all he could to promote the sport.
After being conferred with the mantle of the new Nawab of Pataudi following his father’s death in September, now Saif has taken up this cause of promoting the game.

Jackie had a good laugh with his wife over this. Jackie says, “My wife and I had a good laugh over this. I just looked at her and she looked at me. We burst out laughing. It’s so sad.
Actor Ranveer Singh and Anushka Sharma are keeping their fingers crossed for the fate of their next project, ‘Ladies vs Ricky Bahl’ and were seen bonding well at the music launch of the same.
The movie has showcased Ranveer’s writing and rapping talents as Ranveer has not only contributed to the script but has also rapped a small portion of a song in the film. Rumors also have it that Ranveer haswritten a script of a movie that he would like to direct sometime next year.
“Yes, I want to do everything. Direct, write, act, produce… If it’s not too much for me, I may just do it all,” he said confidently adding, “But I have butterflies in my stomach, and won’t rest still till the verdict is out,” he added.

Well, Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D’Souza have already made their intentions clear to get married in the coming year of 2012 and they have already started preparation for their marriage.
As, Riteish Deshmukh hails from a Marathi family, the two have decided to get married in the traditional Maharashtrian way and Genelia D’Souza will don on the avatar of a traditional Maharashtrian bride with Navvari (traditional Maharashtrian sari), sporting the traditional nath (nose ring) and the mundavlya (decorative strings of pearls, beads or flowers) tied on the forehead.
Coincidentally, Genelia was seen dressed as a Maharashtrian bride in her last release, Force, with actor John Abraham.
The couple is being loaded with best wishes and congratulations on the social networking sites on the internet. Ritesh’s good friend Lara Dutta tweeted, “@Riteishd RD, c’mon hurry up now your turn!!!! Bomsi (Boman Irani) and I have our outfits ready and pressed.”
Pakistani cricketer Mohammad Asif was declared guilty of match fixing by the British courts on October 28. Four days before the verdict, the depressed cricketer call up his ex-girlfriend Veena Malik asking her to be with him in London. It may be mentioned here that Veena Malik had a one and a half year long live-in relationship with the cricketer. They broke up eventually and Asif got married to Sanaa.
However, Veena has firmly turned down his request. She says, “It was a mutual friend from, London, Zahid Ali Saab, who called me on October 26 stating that Asif wanted to desperately see me, that he wanted a reconciliation.
I declined. How can I turn back the clock? Asif and I shared a beautiful if stormy relationship. We were together until 2008 when I came to know about his match-fixing activities; I left him.”
Veena added, “I can’t deny I still have feelings for him. Relationships don’t die, ” admits the actress, and adds, “I’ve no hard feelings about any of my former boyfriends. My time with Asif was special. But I’ve moved on.
Asif is a happily married man. I know his wife Sanaa. In fact, when they were getting married, she called me up to find out about my relationship with Asif. I told her to please go ahead with the marriage.”
So firm is Veena about not rekindling her relationship with Asif that she even cancelled her trip to England to avoid meeting him. She said, “I was supposed to be there this week for an event. It’s best not to create situations where things can go out of hand.”
Well, it seems that a new pair of love birds are creating buzz in the tinsel town and the two happen to be ‘Bheja Fry 2’ starlet Minissha Lama and the producer of the same, Mukul Deora. Mukul happens to be the politician Murli Deora’s musician son.
In fact, when Minissha had some differences with the director of the film, Sagar Bellary, it was Mukul who came to her rescue. Both were spotted spending time with each other at the Bheja Fry 2 success party. Mukul had also taken in Miss Lamba in his next project, Hum Tum Shabana.

After Celina Jaitley announces her marriage to Dubai-based hotelier Peter Haag on Twitter, we have yet another actress who claims that she is in a relationship with a foreigner. Talking about Kangana Ranaut, the actress claims happily that she is once again in a relationship (After having an ugly break up with Aditya Pancholi and Adhyayan Suman).
She revealed this on Simi Garewal’s India’s Most Desirable saying, “I’m in a relationship and this guy is a very nice guy.”
Without giving out his name, Kangana elaborated that her beau knows to play the guitar and usually serenades her with his singing, which is amazing and magical. “I’ve known him for a year and a half … he is a doctor and a scientist. I met him in India, through a friend. We travelled together. We lived together. But his job is so demanding you know. He lives in a lab for days and days … Worse than me,” Kangana revealed to Simi.
