In the recent times, Katrina KAif has proved her dancing mettle in item songs like ‘Sheila Ki Jawani’ and ‘Chikni Chameli’. Even in her latest release, ‘Ek Tha Tiger’, she mesmerized her fans with her prefect belly moves in ‘Mashallah’.
Once again, Katrina is ready to set another benchmark for her item numbers as she will perform acro style dancing in her forthcoming action thriller ‘Dhoom 3’. In this particular item number, her co-star Aamir Khan, too, will join her. Katrina is getting trained in this style in Mumbai while Aamir will get trained in Chicago.
Acro style dancing is made famous by the Las Vegas based Cirque du Soleil, which includes movement from ballet, jazz, lyrical and modern dance styles making smooth transitions from dance to acrobatics.
The latest name to join the bandwagon of Bollywood actresses shaking their leg on an item number is Neha Dhupia who will gyrate on a special item number for Tigmanshu Dhulia’s forthcoming ‘Saheb, Biwi aur Gangster’ sequel.
The film stars Irrfan, Jimmy Sheirgill, Soha Ali Khan and Mahie Gill and will be shot mainly in Baria, near Vadodara in Gujarat. However, the item number will be shot this September in Jaipur. The musical notes for the song have been composed by Sandeep Chowta and the lyrics have been given by Kausar Munir.
Producer Rahul Mittra says, “Neha is a good dancer. I’m glad her first solo item number is in our project.”
Though this will be Neha’s debut item number in Bollywood, the actress has already done a dance number in 2008 in the Pakistani film Kabhi Pyar Na Karna that starred Moammar Rana, Zara Sheikh and Veena Malik.
The character of Indu played by Katrina Kaif in ‘Rajneeti’ gave an uplift to her career. The role was very strong and non-glamorous which put an end to criticisms which said that Kats could only be used as a glam doll in her films.
Now, as Prakash Jha gears up for the sequel of the film, Katrina has been finalised for it. “Raajneeti”, a political thriller, also featured Ajay Devgn, Nana Patekar, Ranbir Kapoor, Arjun Rampal, Manoj Bajpayee and Naseeruddin Shah in pivotal roles. Since, most of the characters were killed in the originals film, not many actors from the original film will be repeated in the sequel. Even Ranbir Kapoor has refused to be a part of the sequel.
Katrina has expressed her excitement on being a part of the sequel saying, “There are very few scripts that are genuinely entertaining. ‘Raajneeti’ is a script which has been worked on for years. I did hear the idea, I think it’s a genius and brilliant idea. I really hope everything falls in place. The only thing is most of the characters have been killed in the first part.”
“It is genuinely a good idea. I find it exciting and I really like the character. Right now, he (Jha) is working on another film called ‘Satyagraha’ with Amitji (Amitabh Bachchan), but I would love to work with him again. With Prakash we had many discussions on the scripts. He has told me the basic story of the film, but not the entire script, so we have time for that,” she added.
Well, the Bhatts believe strongly in their sequels. While their ‘Jism 2’ is showing great prospects in its first week at box-office and ‘Raaz 3’ ready to hit the screens, the Bhatts have already hinted at their intention of making the third sequel of ‘Jism’.
‘Jism’ had Bipasha Basu playing the seductress and was replaced by Sunny Leone in its sequel. However, Pooja Bhatt has hinted at the fact that ‘Jism 3’ may cast Nathalia Kaur in the lead. Nathalia has already made her debut in Bollywood with RGV’s ‘Department’. Moreover, Pooja Bhatt has also revealed that Nathalia was the mystery girl (and not Sunny Leone) under the wet sheet in the first poster of ‘Jism 2’. Pooja Bhatt also does not rule out the probability that Jism 3 will have not one but two actresses.
“When it was revealed that it was Nathalia who shot for the poster, Mahesh Bhatt saab texted me about casting her in the next installment. You just can’t ignore his suggestions,” Pooja Bhatt says adding that Sunny may or may not feature in ‘Jism 3’.
“It is too early to tell. When I was making the second film, everyone asked if Bipasha would be in it and now everyone is asking if Sunny will be in the next. The most exciting thing for me is to create a new fantasy,” she said.
This is not the first time that a Bollywood star will make a special appearance in a film free of charge. Bollywood is an industry where relations go a long way in contributing to one’s success or downfall.
Last year, Hrithik Roshan made a special appearance in SRK’s super hero flick ‘Ra.One’ without charging any fee. Now, as a gesture of friendship and thanks, SRK, in all probability, will a cameo in Hrithik’s forthcoming superhero sequel ‘Krrish 3’. Reports have it that SRK will make an appearance somewhere near the climax in ‘G.One’ avatar and the fans will get to see both the superheroes together on-screen.
The friendship of the two actors goes back a long way. Their wives, Sussanne Roshan and Gauri khan, are also close buddies and they are also partners in the interior designing business.
Krrish 3 is presently under post production. We hear that Shahrukh Khan’s cameo will be shot as per the superstar’s convenience.

If Sunny Leone’s curves in the teasers and posters of forthcoming ‘Jism 2’ were not enough, gear up for yet another sequel from Bhatts with Bipasha Basu in the best of her shapes. The makers have released the first look poster of ‘Raaz 3’ which is scary and seductive at the same time.
The poster shows a perfectly toned Bipasha Basu with spooky hands around her and Emraan Hashmi with a solemn gaze in the background. Emraan’s red eyes, Bipasha’s black lingerie and the hands of the devil wrapped around her curves all add up tp create just the right mix of seduction and horror. The one liner in the poster reads:

The trailer of the film will be released with ‘Jism 2’. The movie has Bipasha Basu and Esha Gupta in double roles. The movie will release in 3D as well as in 2D on September 7.

Model-turned-actress Esha Gupta may have gone topless for her modelling assignments, but stripping down in front of 300 odd extras on the sets of ‘Raaz 3’ was not a cup of cake for her. Though, she was very hesitant to do the shot and repeatedly requested director Vikram Bhatt to cancel the scene, Esha had to finally shoot the sequence as the scene happens to be integral to the plot.
Recalling the experience, Esha Gupta says, “My character is wearing a sexy gown when she enters a party hall. However, soon she sees ghosts moving towards her and crisscrossing through her body. In order to get rid of them, I was required to scream and rip my clothes.”
It took a lot of coaxing and support from her friends that helped Esha to relax on the sets and do the shot properly. She pulled off the sequence so well that once she wrapped up the scene, the crew members couldn’t stop clapping and cheering her.
To auction the wardrobe and lingerie worn by the cast of a film is a common one in Hollywood, but this is for the first time in Bollywood that the clothes worn by the stars will be auctioned for charity!! Talking about Pooja Bhatt’s forthcoming ‘Jism 2’, one can easily guess about the prices they will fetch given the fact that the items will also include the lingerie worn by Indo-Canadian porn star Sunny Leone.
The official Twitter page of Jism 2 posted a hot pic of Leone with the update which read: “Sunny Leone’s lingerie along with other clothes of her and other actors up for auction for charity… any takers?” Any? We guess many!
As a response, a fan wrote: “this is a great way of promoting de movie as well as doing charity! U marketing guys truly rock, I’m learing a lot frm U.”

What we already know is the fact that both Aamir Khan and Katrina Kaif are undergoing strenuous training for their fight sequences in the forthcoming ‘Dhoom 3’ where Aamir Khan is playing super villain and Kats is on the good side.
What we have come to know lately is that petite Katrina will be matching some very breathtaking fight sequences with our perfectionist Aamir Khan. As such Yash Raj Films’ ‘Dhoom 3’ will be having serious fist-to-fist clashes with perfectionist Khan in the flick.
The sequences are very precious to the film and will be shot aesthetically with the able support of the latest in technology. In fact, Aamir wants this action sequence to be so well synchronised that he has expressed his willingness to train with Katrina to perfect each other’s moves. However, since he is busy these days with the promotion of his forthcoming TV show ‘Satyamev Jayate’, he will start the training schedule only after his show goes on air.
It would be a real visual treat to see the two actors matching their powers against each other!!
India has taken Sunny Leone with open arms. The Canadian porn has not been signed for two projects, she has also bagged in her first endorsement deal with Chaze Mobiles and has also completed the shoot for the commercial in Bangkok a few days back.
“This is my first TVC for any Indian brand and I am very charged up shooting for it. I am very excited to be associated with such a young and vibrant brand like Chaze. For reasons still unknown, Salman Khan is out of the sequel to his 1997 superhit comedy ‘Judwaa’ and replacing him, Saif Ali Khan has stepped in as a part of ‘Judwaa 2’. The original one was directed by the king of comedies, David Dhawan and the sequel will be made under the direction of equally talented Sajid Khan.
Time and again, Saif Ali Khan has expressed his desire to work in a comedy and had also once approached director Sajid Khan to direct films for his production house. The offer, however, could not materialize.
Nevertheless, now Saif is a part of ‘Judwaa 2’ which will soon go on floors and is expected for an early 2013 release. Currently, Saif Ali Khan is shooting with Deepika Padukone and newbie Diana Penty, for Cocktail.

After Katrina Kaif giving a run for money to all item girls with her sensuous moves as Sheila and Chikni Chameli, the latest Bollywood lady to join the item girl bandwagon is Kareena Kapoor. Bebo has already shown her moves with ‘Chammak Challo’ and ‘Dil Mera Muft Ka’, but this will be the first time she will be doing a pure item number for forthcoming ‘Dabangg 2’.
Where Malaika Arora took the fans off their feet with her ‘Munni’ act, Kareena would be following the same line, this time on a number to be composed by either Lalit Pandit or Sajid-Wajid. The first schedule of Dabangg 2 begins on March 9.
